How to read the Good Sam Rating 10/10 /10. The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. This is a nice park and we would stay here again. They have a large building with the laundry in it and a huge sectional sofa in the attached room, so you could just hang out while you do laundry if you wanted. There is a nice selection of RV supplies in the store and they have a large book exchange. They have a nice pool area, there is also a playground area, with equipment that is dated, but still a place to swing or run around if you have kids that need to blow off some energy. There are hills that surround the park with some cattle on one side, kind of relaxing to watch. They have a pond that have some very large koi in it that would be fun to feed, I'm not sure if they sell fish food for that or not. We really enjoyed walking our pets on the park grounds. The restrooms were the cleanest I think I have ever seen, especially with some age on the building, you will sometimes see old dirt in cracks and crevices, but not here. Never flooded.This is a nice park, the sites are level and we had a pull thru, so it was easy in and easy out. HOA pays for water, sewer, insurance, trash, and front grounds maintenance. The rear staircase leads to the paved back patio and rear of the two car tandem garage. Unique layout of 2 separate stair cases leads to and from the lower level.

The utility closet w full w/d is conveniently located between the 2 bedrooms. Double sink bathroom is complete with a jetted tub, separate shower and large walk-in closet. Primary bedroom has nice vaulted ceiling & big window.
Large space for a dining table and family room furniture. Kitchen located on 2nd floor has granite tile countertops, modern stainless steel tile backsplash & appliances.
Open floorplan: Tall ceilings, gorgeous real oak hardwood floors, large windows that provide lots of natural light & storage throughout. Great location to 610S, Med Center and NRG Stadium. Charming end unit townhouse in gated community with dog park.
